Experienced in negotiating approvals through city regulatory agencies including City of New York ULURP process. We work with both profit and not for profit entities.

With over 30 years’ experience working in communities in The Bronx and Upper Manhattan we can create a variety of architectural scenarios for sites slated for new construction and projects that seek to reposition existing buildings/shells. We can test architectural scenarios for feasibility through generation of pro-formas, that can realistically highlight viable projects within pre-set financial parameters. We seek to create economic/cultural value for stakeholders in disadvantaged communities through identification of participatory opportunities and profit sharing within the overall development process.
